Label reads - "Victor Costa". Tag reads - Dry Clean Only - RN 49563.
Measures - 28" to 29" waist (sliders can be moved to increase about 1½", I think one part of the waist has already been extended, see photo) - 62" hips - 42" in length.
Box pleats at top front - belt has horizontal pleats and closes with metal sliders and bow in back - lined n pink with net below lining and outer skirt - very good condition with a minor micro run, that is not noticeable.
