Cut label reads - "Victor Costa". Tag reads - 100% Acetate.
Measures - 35" bust - 26½" waist - full hips - 16" from top of shoulders to waist - 39" from waist to end.
Shoulder strap on right attached to decor panel - ruched bodice on front - nylon zipper up back. Skirt is ruched on left with large bow below - lined in white to hips with soft net attached - has 2 snaps on front bodice (don't know what these are for) - very good condition, no flaws found.
