Massive White Petticoat w 217" circumference
Label reads - "Manufactured by "Petticoat Place, ltd" - Made In U.S.A. - Hand Washable Only".
Measures - 30" from material end to material end, but has drawstring which can be adjusted up or down - 40½" in length with approximately 217" circumference.
Drawstring waist - panel at bottom has lace edge - gray satin bow attached with safety pin - net attached to lining and has 3 stiff horizontal layers - very good condition with marks on side (see pic above) - hand washed and line dried.
