Some flowers are raised with a velour type material? - constructed of 5 panels - elastic sleeve ends - self-belt - collar goes into ties at the neck in front - only closure is a metal snap at top and needs replacing on one side - lined in sheer yellow and has a tear at right armpit, but can't be seen when worn - very wearable.
