Dress is a poly jersey.
Measures - 43" bust - 24" waist expandable to tight 31" - 42" hips - 15" across shoulders - 24" sleeve length from shoulder seam - 44" in length from neck seam.
Ruching on right shoulder, end of sleeves and waist on left - closes with inside right button and vertical 2 buttons on left below waist with material loops for closure - covered shoulder pads - needs a couple of stitches on the sleeve above ruching - no other flaws found - hand washed and line dried.
