70's Miss Elliette Flirty Blue Semi-Sheer Wrap Dress

Dress is a poly crepe.
Measures - 40" bust - tight 28" waist - 15" across shoulders - 24" sleeve length - 16½" from nape to waist - 33" from waist to end.
Shoulder darts in back - ties inside and closes with a hook at waist and it needs re-attaching - elastic sleeve ends with a bow on the end - self-tie belt - drapes on left side below waist - covered shoulder pads - very good condition, no flaws found - hand washed and line dried.
