Measures - 26" waist - 40" hips and is 24" in length.
Constructed of 4 panels - 5 belt loops - closes on left with a large metal hook and eye and a button, there is also another slider, that previous owner used to decrease the waist -triple pleats in front and double hip darts in back - lined in black - very good condition, no flaws found.
