Skirt measures - 32" waist - 46" hips - 29" in length.
All buttons on top present - puffy silk sleeve cuffs and bottom. Skirt has sewn down seams that goes into pleats - nylon side zipper below button - both pieces unlined - the blouse needs stitching on the seam on the black puffy silk on side - no other flaws found.
