Top constructed of 7 vertical panels - black and white print piping around collar and sleeve ends - all black velvet buttons down front in sets of two's present with 2 on each sleeve cuff. Skirt constructed of 3 horizontal panels - flat elastic waistband - both pieces unlined and in very good condition, no flaws found.
