Material has small vertical ribs.
Dress measures - 40" bust expandable to tight 44" - 36" waist - 43" hips - 17" across shoulders - 16½" sleeve length from shoulder seam - 53" in length from top of shoulders.
Vest measures - 39" bust expandable to 43" - 20" armhole opening - 22" in length from neck seam.
Dress goes over head and has a 15" finished split in back. Vest has a nylon zipper up front between hot pink trim - both pieces unlined - very good condition, no flaws found - hand washed and line dried.
