Measures - 30" waist expandable to tight 50" - 66" hips (measured the lining) - 29½" in length.
Constructed of 12 vertical panels with southwestern print and turquoise ribbon and lace around bottom - lined in turquoise - very good condition, with a minor stain on corner bottom, but not noticeable - hand washed and line dried.
