Skirt measures - 23" waist expandable to tight 34" - full hips - 27" in length with 105" circumference.
Top has all buttons down front present - elastic sleeve ends. Skirt has elastic waist with lace down sides and has a lace tier on the bottom of the white lining - all black and white buttons down front present - self belt and reversible collar, collar is connected with a safety pin - very good condition, no flaws found - hand washed and line dried.
