The dots are somewhat raised.
Label reads - "Captive Fashions" - Designed In Arizona". Tag reads - 65% Polyester, 35% Cotton - Hand or Machine Wash - Size Medium in top and size S in skirt (please go by measurements).
Top measures - 42" bust - 16" across shoulders - 23½" sleeve length from shoulder seam - 26" in length from neck seam.
Skirt measures - 25" waist expandable to a tight 38" - 48" hips and is 26" in length.
Self-belt measures - 75" in length and is 2" wide.
Top has all buttons present with one on each sleeve cuff. Skirt has flat elastic waistband and the elastic is a replacement by previous owner - constructed of 8 panels with lace strips on each panel seam, lace also around the bottom - skirt is lined in white - very good condition - hand washed and line dried.
