Label reads - "Herman Marcus" - Dallas.
Measures - tight 37" bust - 25" waist - full hips - 15" across shoulders - 23½" sleeve length fro shoulder seam - 17½" from neck seam to waist - 35" in length from waist to the longest point of hem.
Bust darts from side seams - nylon zipper up back - threaded belt loops and belt (belt does not have a backing, just double layer material and belt buckle with metal grommets) - bodice lined in black and skirt is unlined - very good condition, no flaws found - hand washed and line dried.
