Label reads - "An Exmoor" - Skimmer-Skimmer".
Measures - 35" bust expandable to tight 44" - 14" across shoulders expands to tight 17" - 21" in length from neck seam.
Ties at collar goes thru loops at top front - very good condition, no flaws - hand washed and line dried.
