60s Black Rayon Shantung Dress w Jacket
Dress and jacket material is rayon shantung.
Label in jacket reads - "Mayfair" - Pittsburgh, PA."
Dress measures - approximately 38" bust - 28" waist - 39" hips - approximately 15" across shoulders - 17" from top of shoulders to waist and 25½" from waist to end.
Jacket measures - 41" bust - 15½" across shoulders - 17" sleeve length from shoulder seam and 19" in length from neck seam.
Dress has a quilted effect around top and front center - seams from waist up, front and back - underarm gussets - slash pockets on front of skirt - longer double hip darts in back - nylon zipper below hook and threaded eye - lingerie snaps - bodice unlined, skirt lined in black.
Jacket constructed of 5 panels - covered buttons with slanted bound buttonholes - bust darts from panels seams - shoulder darts - elbow darts - long seams in front and back from bottom up - lined in black - very good condition, no flaws found.
