60's Bubblegum Western Skirt Set w Fringe & Pearl Snaps

Think this was made by a seamstress.
Shirt measures - 39" bust - 16" across shoulders - 20½" sleeve length from shoulder seam and 18" from armpit (sleeves seems kind of short to me) - 26½" in length.
Skirt measures - 28" waist - 39" hips - 21" in length.
Shirt has 4 pearl/metal snaps down front and 3 on each sleeve - fringe around top - hem is unfinished on shirt. Skirt has darts in front and hip darts in back - metal side zipper below 2 metal hook and eyes - lined in pink, shirt unlined - very good condition, hand washed and line dried.
