This dress is short-waist and think this is a petite.

Measures - tight 37" bust - 26" waist - 36" hips - 14½" across shoulders - 15" from top of shoulders to waist and 23" from waist to end.
Black trim around neck, down front to waist and sleeve ends - metal zipper up back below metal hook and eye - lined in black cotton from bust down and it's attached to dress - very good condition, no flaws found.
