Vintage 50s Brown & Black Dress w Peplum/Net

Label reads - "Neiman-Marcus". Measures - 37" bust - 27" waist - 38" hips - approximately 16" across shoulders - 15" from neck seam to waist - 27" from waist to end.
Long seams from waist up in front and back - underarm gussets - large pockets on peplum with black net under the peplum - net closes in back with metal hook and eye - skirt has double darts in front and double hip darts in back under the peplum - metal zipper down back - collar closes with 2 metal hook and threaded eyes - bodice unlined - skirt lined in rust - net has a tear in back, but can't be seen when worn - zipper needs stitching at waist to reconnect 2" - no other flaws found.
