No label or tags.  This may have been custom made for someone.  This is a rayon blend?

Dress measures - 40" bust - 30" waist - 42" hips - 16½" across shoulders - 23" sleeve length from shoulder seam - 18" from neck seam to waist and 26½" from waist to end.

Vest topper measures - 42" bust - 31" waist - 43" in length - 17" from neck seam to waist and 26" from waist to end.

Dress has bust darts from side seams - seams in front and back from waist up - triple elbow darts - shoulder darts - metal Talon zipper on side and a shorter nylon zipper at back of neck below covered button and bound buttonhole - finished split at sleeve ends - darts in front and hip darts in back - unlined.

Vest topper closes with 3 metal hook and eyes at top - bust darts from side seams - double pleats above waist in front - shoulder darts - darts in front and hip darts in back - machine embroidery except for the back bodice - skirt has 4 fly away panels.

There is a stain on the dress on the right bottom of skirt and can't be seen when vest topper is worn - no other flaws found.
