40's Brown Vest & Riding Pants w Velvet and Patches
Closer in color to all the pictures, except the 1st one. Material is a fine gab wool . No label or tags. Vest measures - 37" from buttonhole to button through armpits - 25" armhole opening - 17" in length from back of neck.
Pants measures - 26" waist expandable to a very tight 28" - 38" hips - 14" from top to end of crotch - 45" in length at longest point with 34" inseam.
All 5 brown velvet covered buttons present - bust darts from side seams and long seams from bottom up under the flaps - lined in a stripe rayon with the back of vest having a charcoal print. Pants once had straps that attach to the buttons on inside bottom of legs, but no more - zips with a metal Talon zipper and buttons on side - double hip darts in back, both sides and one of the left will need a couple of stitches - brushed suede (?) patches at knees facing the inside of legs - 10" bootleg shaped at very bottom on a slant - will need a couple of stitches on the patches to reattach to panels and have some areas that have been stitched with black and brown threads - patches are on double seamed panels and the panels has some thread lost and loose - no other flaws.
